Calefactio adds a ¾” PRESS connection Tankless Water Heater Valve Kit including a 150 PSI pressure relief valve to its line.
Compact and easy to install, each Calefactio Tankless Water Heater Valve kits includes two isolation valves with drain and a 150 PSI pressure relief valve. Some kits are also offered with a 30 PSI pressure relief valve.
The drains and handles are designed to simplify maintenance of the system.
They are made of brass and certified lead free to ensure lasting durability.
Kits are offered with ¾” and 1” NPT, Press and Sweat connections including a pressure relief valve.
What if we added an expansion tank?
Unique on the market, the all-in-one tankless water heater service valve kit with expansion tank includes two isolation valves, a pressure relief valve, but also a union tee and an expansion tank.
It absorbs the increased volume of water which results from the heating process, thereby keeping the system’s pressure below the relief valve setting. It also acts as a water hammer or shock absorber to absorb a sudden change in fluid velocity after the sudden closing of a faucet.
