Calefactio expands its line of 4-in-1 hydraulic separators with a brand-new brass model, engineered to maximize the performance of hydronic heating systems. This compact and durable unit not only isolates the primary and secondary circuits but also efficiently removes air, micro-bubbles, dirt, and ferrous debris from the fluid.

Equipped with a high-efficiency coalescent media, the separator encourages air and dirt particles to adhere and separate from the water. Dirt settles at the bottom for easy drainage, while air is automatically released through the Calvent float air vent. The built-in magnet enhances the capture of ferrous debris using a magnetic field and helps remove cross-contaminants from the system.

This new brass model helps maintain stable flow rates and temperatures, improving overall system performance and energy efficiency. It also extends the lifespan of system components and reduces installation and maintenance costs.

Compatible with water and glycol mixtures (up to 50%), the separator is available with NPT or PRESS connections (1″ and 1¼”) and rated for pressures up to 125 PSI and temperatures up to 110 °C (225 °F).
